This is not recommended, but raw ground chicken will suffice if it’s all you’ve got. The downside is that you don’t have something that even resembles a pizza crust by using ground chicken or even ground turkey. If you want anything similar to a pizza crust in the New York style, then you’ll want to skip adding ground chicken, rather move on to our suggested alternative.
b. Canned Chicken
You may not even be conscious now that canned chicken, so don’t be scared off! Canned chicken makes the perfect pizza with the chicken crust. It is easier to extract the moisture from baking in the oven for a few minutes prior to assembling the crust, making it even more crispy.
Another plus is that there’s no heavy chicken taste in your finished pizza. Know, we’re trying to replicate a real pizza, not create an entirely different idea that’s closely connected to pizza.

Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe
- 10 oz Canned Chicken
- 1 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- Drain the canned chicken carefully, taking out as much moisture as possible.
- On a baking sheet lined with a cookie, spread the chicken using a silicon mat. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 to dry the chicken out.
- Pick the chicken after 10 minutes of baking and put it in a mixing bowl. Increase the oven's heat to 500 degrees.
